•  General Use and Intellectual Property: All content on the Britney Hairland website, including text, graphics, code, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Britney Hairland Academy j.d.o.o and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users are permitted to copy or print content solely for placing orders with Britney Hairland. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or any other use of content without prior written consent is fully prohibited . 

•  Responsible Use: Users agree to use the website and its materials only for intended purposes, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices. Users are responsible for any content they submit and must not engage in activities that violate third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

•  Returns and Refunds: As outlined in the refund policy, unopened hair extensions can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, untampered, and the security seal remains intact. Customers must contact Britney Hairland at britneyhairlandacademy@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the return address. Returns must include the original packaging, invoice, and any promotional gifts. Customers bear return shipping costs, and Britney Hairland is not liable for lost returns without a tracking number. Refunds exclude initial shipping costs, and opened items, wigs, ponytails, and haircare products and accessories are final sale and non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

•  Shipping Protection: Customers must submit claims with accurate information, and the program is only available for EU delivery addresses.

•  Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to the website or products, including shipping protection, are subject to binding arbitration and a class action waiver, limiting customers’ rights to pursue claims in court or as part of a class action against Britney Hairland Academy j.d.o.o.

•  Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify Britney Hairland ( Britney Hairland Academy j.d.o.o. )and its affiliates against claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse of the website, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

•  Privacy and Data: By using the website, users consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in Britney’s Hairland Privacy Policy. This includes order information (e.g., name, billing/shipping address, payment details) and device information (e.g., browsing patterns via cookies). Personal data is used to fulfill orders, process payments, and communicate with customers. Data may be shared with affiliates or partners for co-branded services or marketing. Users can request access to or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal requirements.

•  Backorders and Shipping: Items on backorder are shipped as soon as restocked, with customers notified via email with tracking information. A 10-50% surcharge may apply due to U.S. /EU tariffs.

•  Changes to Terms: Britney Hairland Academy j.d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time to ensure legal and operational compliance. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
